03-24-1982 BidCITY OF RICHFIELD Bid Opening February 24, 1982 Excavating and Disposing of Lime Sludge Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative_ Staff was called by Sylvia Bergh, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, bids for the Excavating and Disposing of Lime Sludge as advertised in the official newspaper on February 10, and 17, 1982.
