CITY OF RICHFIELD
SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
December 28, 1981
The city council of the City of Richfield. met in special session in the. council
chambers of the city hall on December Z8, 1981 at 5:30 p.m.
Council Members Present: Bunce, Collins, Priebe
Absent: Hassenstab, Ludeman
Planning Commission Members Present: Ahlquist, Blevins, Anderson,. Hoverson
Kamprud, McDermott, Russell
Absent: Ertman (Arrived at 6:27 p.m.)
Mayor Priebe called the meeting to order at-5:40 p.m. .
Community Development Director Dennis Kraft described-the proposed residential

zoning ordinance, and summarized the major changes from the present ordinance, as
outlined in Council Letter No. 422. (Council Member Hassenstab arrived at 5:45 p.m.)
He also described alternative means of implementing this ordinance., as described in
that council letter. He presented a-map showing distribution of the proposed zoning
classifications throughout the city..
Various Planning Commission members described recommendations of the commission

and some of-their deliberations in formulating those recommendations.
(Council Member Ludeman arrived at 6:23 p.m.).
Lawrence Wozniczka,.6744 Wentworth, asked questions regarding the proposed
ordinance.
The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
