Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by City Clerk Sylvia Bergh, who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was. to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for Cul-de-sac
Construction as advertised in the official newspaper on June 17 and 24, 1981.
