called by City Clerk Sylvia Bergh, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to
receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for Residential Street Lighting and Appurtenant
Work, City Project No. 761, as advertised in the official newspaper on June 17, and 24, 1981.
