Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Sylvia K. Bergh, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for a Maintenance
Contract for City Buildings as advertised in the official newspaper on April 8,
1981.
