State Aid Engineer, who announced that the purpose of the meeting
was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids Street Construction
Wark on Lyndale Avenue, 64th Street to Lake Shore Drive, as ~~
advertised in the official newspaper on March 11, 18, 25, 1981.
