CITY COUNCIL -- PLANNING COMMISSION
January 19, 1981
The city council of the City of Richfield met in special joint session with
the Planning Commission in the council chambers of the city hall on Monday,
January 19, 1981 at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Planning Commission Members
Councilmembers Bunce, Collins, Hassenstab, Priebe
Absent: Ludeman
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Mayor Priebe.
Joe Ertman, Chairman of the Planning Commission, summarized the purpose of

the meeting as to present opportunity for the Planning Commission to present to
the council their recommendations regarding the 1982-86 Capital Improvement
Program.
' Various commissioners summarized the Planning Commission's recommendations
for each of the five years included in the Capital Improvement Program. The
Commission explained that they prioritized programs and projects only for 1986,
because of their concerns that funding available for that year would be inadequate
to support all of the projects proposed for that year.
The council members asked questions and discussed the Commission's proposals.
