Staff was called by Sylvia K. Bergh, Acting City Clerk, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive,-open and read aloud, sealed bids for
Carbon Dioxide Feeder Control and Appurtenant Work at the water treatment plant
s as advertised in the official newspaper on October 1, and 8, 1980.
