Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Sylvia Burgh, Acting City Cler, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for the Addition
and Remodeling of the Richfield Municipal Garage as advertised in the official
newspaper on August 27, 1980.
