Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Karl Nollenberger, City Manager, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for the Public
Safety and Public Works Communications Upgrading Project as advertised in the
official newspaper on April 30, 1980.
