Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Assistant City Manager, Joyce L.
Wilde, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open and read aloud, sealed bids for Asphalt Material as advertised
in the official newspaper on April 30, 1980.
