Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Assistant City Manager, Joyce L.
Wilde, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive,
open-and read aloud, sealed bids for Sealcoating as advertised in the
" official newspaper on April 23, and 30, 1980.
