Asphalt Hot Patcher
Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Karl Nollenberger, City Manager,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open
and read aloud sealed bids for an Asphalt Hot Patcher, as advertised
in the official newspaper on June 20, 1979.

The following bid was submitted and read aloud:
