Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015,. a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Thomas J. Moran, City Clerk, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for City Project
No. 742, Heyman Addition Improvements, as advertised in the official newspaper
on April 11, 18, and 25, 1979.
