Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the
Administrative Staff was called by Joyce Wilde, Acting City Manager,
who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open
and read aloud, sealed bids for a turf sweeper as advertised in the
official newspaper on April 18, 1979.

The following bid was submitted and read aloud:
