March 2, 1979
Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
Staff was called by Thomas J. Moran, City Clerk, representing the Acting City
Manager, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and
read aloud, sealed bids for City Hall Carpeting as advertised in the official
newspaper on February 14,and 21, 1979.
