Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
staff was called by W~yne Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids for a concrete
garage floor as adver ised in the official newspaper on May 12, and 19, 1978.

The following bid was submitted and read aloud:
