Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
staff was called by Joyce Wilde, Acting. City Manager, who announced that the pur-
pose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids Tennis Court
Lighting at Donaldson Park and Washington Park, as advertised in the official
newspaper on September 28 and October 5, 1977.
