Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the Administrative
staff was called by Wayne S. Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on Chemicals
for the Water Treatment Plant as advertised in the official newspaper on December 15,
1976.
