Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was called by Wayne S. Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive,~open and read aloud, sealed bids on Fire
Protection Sprinkler System for the Richfield City Hall, City Project No. 693,
as advertised in the official newspaper on October 6, 1976.
