staff was called by Wayne S. Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on Tennis
Court Const°ructian at Washington Park as advertised in the official newspaper on
July 14 and Ju1y~21, 1976.
