Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was called to order by Wayne Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that the
purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on a com-
puter system, as advertised in the official newspaper March 13, 1975.
