Naves m None. Abstained m Renealey. Councilman Kenealey stated he abstained because he had not had time to read the October 89 1974 minutes.(See corrections noted in October 28 minutes.) Councilman I~enealey made a request to submit in writing his reasons for voting "no" on the special use permit for Wooddale Baptist Cha~rch heard at the last council meeting of October 159 1974. Inasmuch as the October 159 1974 meeting minutes were not before the city council9 no action was ta~een. 2. Amendment to Chapter V9 Part TI9 Section 5.25 of the Ordinance Code of the Cit of 1~.ichfield Relating to Saa~nas and Massage Parlors, Bill No. 1974 179 "An Amendment to Ghap~ter V, Part II9 Section 5.25 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfiel~'9 Mi.~r~esota", was read, the same being on file in the office of the city clergy.
