CITY OF RICHFIELD
SPECIAL MEETING
September 18, 1974
Pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter of Richfield, the
City Council held a special session on Wednesday, September 18, 1974
at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland
Avenue to discuss the 1975 proposed budget.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro tem George Kenealey.
Present: Councilmen - Kenealey, Anderson, and Luettinger
Absent: Mayor L®ren L. Law, Councilman Jacobsen
City Manager, Wayne Burggraaff introduced the 1975 proposed budget

and presented a general overview.
General discussion followed.
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettinger, that the meeting be
adjourned and the next budget session be scheduled for Thursday,
September 26, 1974, at 7:00 p.m.
A11 ayes - Carried.
