Z`kie Board of Review of the City of Richfield met in the council chambers
of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, on Monday, May 209 1974, at 7s00 P.M.

~lae City Manager stated that 1974 was not a general revaluation year and
that the only changes resulted from improvements to property during 1973. He also
read the formal notification that was sent to all home owners who had made improvem
ments to their property during 19739 and announced that 726 notices had been mailed.
