Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff
was called to order by the City Manager, Wayne Burggraaff, who announced that the purpose
of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on chain line fence for
Softball Fields at Taft Park, City Project No. 653, as advertised in the official newsm
paper on April 11, 19740
