corrected to show that he abstained from voting on the f.irs.b reading of the ordin-
ance amendment for the Charles Little property at 6900 Penn Avenueo

20 Deferred Compensation Plan for City Employees,
City Managers Wayne Se Burggraaff9 reviewed the recommendation for the approval of
two separate deferred compensation plans for city employeesaaaone plan being avail-
able to all city employees9 including city council members9 and the other plan being
available to those employees who are members of certain national professional
organizationsa Zhe two plans proposed would allow a city employee to defer a portion
of his salary on a tax sheltered basis to supplement the normal retirement incogie,

specifications for Augsburg Park9 which followed the preliminary concept approved
by the council earlier, Mr; Feldman requested the council to approve the final plans
and specifications and authorize the call for bids on the development of the parkooa
such. call for bids to include alternatives - one of which is lighting of the tennis
courts,

Bi11 1625, giving the city the option of deciding whether we need both a Fire
Chief and an Assistant Fire (~.ief without losing state-aid monies.
