1. Traffic access should be redesigned to provide for the safe movement of
traffic and any possible future traffic improvements.
2. Proper screening should be provided between the subject property and the
adjacent multiple residential development,
3, Lighting should be indirect and not cause a nuisance to the adjoining
_property.
4. Architectural and landscape treatment should be provided to improve the
character of the neighborhood and to maintain the character of the adjacent
property.
5. A lease be obtained with the Southland Corporation9~7®Eleven Division9 to
maintain and operate the commercial establishment,
