Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was called to order by the Acting City Manager, Gary Eide, who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on a
hydraulic power operated articulated aerial tower, as advertised in the official
newspaper on Janurary 3, 1974.
