Councilman Kenealey gave the invocation. Meeting called to order by Mayor Law. Present: Anderson, Jacobsen, Kenealey, Luettinger and Lava. Public Works 1~irector in that the proposed street width be 329 to prevent the loss of 22 elm trees along the edge of 4th Avenue.
