Chambers of the City Ha11 on September 10, 1973, at 7.040 p.m.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORISING EXECUTION OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR
SALE OF PORTION OF AUGSBURG PARK TO HENNEPIN COUNTY AS A
LIBRARY SITE

Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth Avenue, spoke regarding the sale price and
inquired whether or not it included recent storm sewer assessments. He requested
that he go on record opposed to the selling price as being too low,

4. Architectural Agreement for Construction of Park Shelter in Augsburg Park,
Mre Burggraaff gave an explanation regarding architectural services for a
new park building at Augsburg Park in order to relocate facilities due to the con®
struction of a new Hennepin County Branch Library,
Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth Avenue, objected to an agreement with an
architect at this time.
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson , that the architectural agreement
for construction of a park building in Augsburg Park be approved, subject to not
being executed until county approves the purchase agreement with the City of Richfield,

using city staff and consulting services where necessary for site improvements
