SPECIAL MEETING
September 5, 1973
Pursuant to the provisions of the City Charter of :Richfield, the City Council
held a special session on Wednesday, September 5, 1973, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, to discuss the 1974 proposed budget.
The meeting was called to order~b~* Mayor Law.
Present; Councilmen - Anderson, Jacobsen, Luettinger, and Mayor Law,
Councilman K.enealey arrived at 7;15 p.m.
Absent: None
The City Manager gave an over-a11 review of the .total budget document, explaining
the major changes between the 1973 revised budget requirements as compared with the
1974 budget request.
A general discussion was held with the manager, and particular consideration
was given to the Divisions of Mayor-Council, Manager, Personnel and Eudget & Research.
No.'fi~a1 action taken by the douncil on these divisions.
The following persons appeared in interest, and were given a budget book:
Lawrence Wozniczka, 6744 Wentworth Avenue
Mrs. Gertrude Ulrich, 7601 Aldrich Avenue
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m., and the next special budget meeting was
scheduled £or Wednesday. September 12, 1973, at 7:00 p.m.
