05-16-1973MINUTES OF THE MAY 16, 1973 MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, was duly held on May 16, 1973, commencing at 12;00 o'clock noon, Upon roll call the following members were present; Law, Kenealey and Luettinger. The following members were absent; Anderson and Jacobsen. The mayor announced that the time had arrived for the consideration of bids on $6,300,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1973. DIRECTING-THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR PAYMENT. Upon roll call the following members voted in favor of the adoption of said resolution; Law, Kenealey and Luettinger, No members of the council voted against the same, whereupon the motion was declared carried and the resolution was adopted, Alternate Council Re resentative in Transit Commission Selection Process Motion by Luettinger, seconded by Kenealey, that the following resolution be adopted; that it be spread in the resolution bock and that it be made a part of these minutes; RESOLUTION No. 4991 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ALTERNATE COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE TN TRANSIT COMMISSION SELECTION PROCESS, Poll of votes; Ayes v Law, Kenealey and Luettinger.
