05-07-1973 SpecialCITY OF RICHFIELD SPECIAL MEETING May 7, 1973 The Council of the City of Richfield met in special session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, May 7, 1973, at 5030 P. M. Presente Anderson, Jacobsen, Kenealey, Luettinger and Law. Absento None. Mayor Law called the meeting to order. 1. Bids for New Fordtown Park Project. Motion by Luettinger,. seconded by Kenealey, that no action be taken at this meeting and that the administration prepare a more complete breakdown on bid costs for the New Fordtown Park project for consideration at the May 14th council meeting, Poll of votes; Ayes t~de~see~ Kenealey, Luettinger and Law. Nayes - Jacobsen.and Anderson Absent - None. Carried, 2. Local 49 Settlement Agreement. Mo-tion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobsen, that the council approve the fringe benefit addendum to the agreement with Local 49 and that the manager be authorized to sign this agreement, subject to union approval. All ayes - Carried. 3. Police Federation Agreement. Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Kenealey, that the compensation agreement with the Richfield Police Federation for 1973m74 be approved and that the manager be authorized to sign the agreement subject .to federation approval.
