staff was called to order by Wayne Burggraaff, City Manager, who announced that
the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and reed aloud, sealed bids on
Street Paving, City Project No. b50, as advertised in tY~e official newspaper on
March 1st, 8th,. and 15th, 1973.
