was held in the City Ha11, 6700 Portland Avenue, at 11:30 A, M., December 14, 197'x.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose df the
meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on Chemicals for the Water Treat-
ment Plant, Bid No. 72-6, as advertised in the official newspaper November 30, 1972,
