10-24-1972 BidCITY OF RICHFIELD BID OPENING October 24, 1972 BOULEVARD~TREE PLANTING City Project No. 642 Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was held in the City Ha11, 6700 Portland Avenue, at 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 24, 1972. The meeting was called to order by Gary Eide, Acting City Manager, who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on boulevard tree planting, City Project No. 642, as advertised in the official newspaper October 12, 1972. Present: Gary Eide, Acting City Manager Marshall Raaen, Acting Public Works Director Tom Moran, City Clerk Sam Huston, Orr~Schelen-Mayeron & Associates The following bids were submitted and read aloud: BTD TOTAL BIDDER SECURITY BID Meehan Bros.
