The Council of the° City of Richfield met in special session in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, July 28, 1972,
at 6:00 P.M., to review proposed changes in precinct boundaries.
The City Clerk explained the changes he proposed in three plans for
election precincts, all of which conformed with the legislative districts.
The following persons appeared in interest:

Motion by Anderson, seconded by Luettin8er, that no change be made in the
precinct boundaries at this time and that a study be made after the general
election as to whether the city should make changes..
