Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative
staff was held fn the City Hall, 6700 Aven~xe, at 11:00 a.m., June 23, 1972,
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on City Pro3ect No,
642, Permanent Street Surfacing, Area No. 1, as advertised in the official
newspaper June 1, 8, and 15, 1972.
