The meeting was called to order by the acting city manager who announced that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on carpeting for the Lyndale Avenue Liquor Store, 6444 Lyndale Avenue, as advertised in the official newspaper May 11, 1972.
