the Council of the City of Richfield met in special session in the Council
Chambers of the City Ha11, 6700 Portland Avenue, January 3, 1972, at 7.x00 P,M.
Rev, Peter Unruh, Wooddale Baptist Chixrch, gave the invocation,
Z`he ffieeting was called to. order by Mayor Law,
Present; Anderson, Jacobsen, Kenealey, Luettinger and Law,
Absents None,
'Ihe oath of office was administered to Mayor Law, Councilman Luettinger and
Councilman Kenealey by Ann Hussman, Deputy City Cleric.
Mayor Law commented on general council procedures for the coming year and
urged strong council and citizen support for doing the many things that must be done
to make Richfield a better community,

Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Anderson, that the following appointments be
