rsuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff
was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, at 11030 a.m., TEZUrsday, December~2,
1971.
Tht~ meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of the.
meetting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on Comprehensive Business Policy
Insurance for the City of Richfield, as advertised in the official newspaper November 4,
1971,

subject to annual audit. Automotive insurance to be rated annually, premium cost for

C No bid on employee bonds and boiler insurance. Only provided a one year bid on public
and institutional property, public liability, scheduled property and automobile
insurance.
D ~ Scheduled property form premium added to the bid figure based on figures used by Home
Insurance Company. Public liability and automotive insurance subject to audit.
The manager announced that the bids would be tabulated and considered by the council at their
eating of December 27th., 1971.
