BUDGET HEARING
September 15, 1971
Pursuant to the provisions.. of the City Charter of Richfield, the council
held a special session on Wednesday, September 15, 1971, at 7:OU p,m., in the
council chambers of the city hall, 6700 Portland Avenue,. to consider the 1972
proposed budget,
The meeting was cal~:ed to~ord.er by Mayor Olson,
Presento Counc3:lmen Anderson, Jacobsen and Laws Mayor Olson;
City Manager Wayne S, Burggraaff9 and Finance Director
Thomas. Moran.
Absent; C~unc~lman Luettinger,
The City Manager gave an~over-a11 review of the total budget document,
explaining the mayor changes between. the 1971 revised budget requirements as
compared with the 1972 request,
