staff was held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, at 2000 p.m., April 22,

The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of
the meeting was to receive, open, and read aloud, sealed bids ®n Ice Arena Equip
meat (Hockey Score Board and Arena Seating), as advertised in the official newsy
paper April 8, 1971.
