N ORKMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE
~ Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff was
held in the City Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue, at 11:30 A.M., on Tuesday, December 15, 1970.
The meeting was called to order by the city manager who announced that the purpose of the
meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on workmen's compensation insurance
for the City. of Richfield as advertised in the official newspaper November 12, 1970.
