BOARD OF CANVASS
November 9, 1970
In accordance with Election Laws (2,05.6, 209.04) the council of the
City of Richfield met as the Board of Canvass during the regular session of
the city-council to canvass the results of the city general election held on
November 3, 1970,
The clerk presented the following tebulation of votes:

. George D, (Win) Wintheiser 5,015
Total Number of Registered Voters ....... 24,371
Total Number-Voted ...................... 17,564
Motion by Anderson, seconded by Law, that the following resolution be adopted;
that it be spread in the resolution book and-that it be made a part of these
minutes:
