The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced-that the purpose of the meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on City Project-Nos. 616 and 617 (City Pro3ect No. 622 included in appurtenant work),for storm sewer construFtion as advertised in the official newspaper June 25 and July 2, 1970.
