Pursuant to requirements of Resolution No. 1015, a meeting of the administrative staff
was held in the City 'Hall, 6700 Portland Avenue,•at 11:30 A:M., Friday, July 17, 1970.
The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced-that the purpose of the
meeting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on City Project-Nos. 616 and
617 (City Pro3ect No. 622 included in appurtenant work),for storm sewer construFtion as
advertised in the official newspaper June 25 and July 2, 1970.
