Oity Participation in Research 1?ro~.ect Sponsored by NASA -and IG'MA 1 blpm `I`he city manager presented a request from the International City Manage® ment Association in which the City of Richfield has been invited to participate in a research project-sponsored jointly by t}~at organization and the National Aeronautic Space Administration in which the City would be able to submit problems to the ICMA and with the use of facilities developed by the NASA research the problem and generate probable solutions to the same, It was pointed out-that the City's cost for participating in thei two year project would be $500, Motion by Jacobsen, .seconded by Law that the City participate in the research 1 project as eacplained in the city manager's letter to the council Noa 178 and that the city administration report to the council on January 1st on what infor= oration actually has been generated.
