Special Meeting
July 1, 1970
On due call and notice, the City Council of the City of Richfield met in
special session in the City Ha11, 6.700 Portland Ave., Wednesday, July 1,.1970,
at 6035 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor 0lsone
Present: Jacobsen, Luettinger, Law and 01son.
Absent: Anderson,
In the absence of the city clerk, Mr; Gary Fide, administrative assistant,
Baas designated to act as secretary of the council.
Motion by Law, seconded by Jacobsen, that the 13cense to se11 setups for
the Heidelberg Restaurant, 708 W. 66th St., be approved, A11 ayes m carried,
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Law, that the employee's license to se11

liquor for Mike Lazorik, 6540 Emerson Ave., (Heidelberg Restaurant) be approved,
A11 ayes carried,
Motion by Jacobsen, seconded by Law, that the following licenses for Far
East Restaurant, 6620 Lyndale Ave, be approved; Food, Cigarette and Soft Drink.
A11 ayes ~ carried,
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
