The meeting was called to order by the manager who announced that the purpose of
the meetting was to receive, open and read aloud, sealed bids on the purchase of
an Ice Resurfacer Machine for the City of Richfield as advertised in the official
newspap~;r June 18, 1970.

Harvey Feldman, recreation dir. Gary Eide, admin. assistant
